Why would anyone bother committing to one of their products again if they just arbitrarily shut things down when they are working on the next big thing?!

Looks to me like they have made this acquisition to give them a talent pool and OS for the new featurephone strategy once they have offloaded the Smartphone biz to Microsoft?

There is such huge potential for serious monetisation with local deals, time is running out to really capitalise on that though.
Looks good, one thing I would mention on the signup page is that the question 'What exact needs are you looking to solve with SupportBee?' is quite open ended, if people have already decided to use the software do you really need to know that?

I am involved with IBM quite a bit as we are through to the final of their Smartcamp competition.
I have been so impressed by the way they deal with small businesses, always looking to form mutually beneficial partnerships to fill in gaps in their service offering, giving small companies access to huge markets they would normally have no chance of entering.
Really excited about their future, think the best is yet to come.
I really hope Stripe can make it happen in Europe, we are really crying out for a full stack service!
