The benefits of large walkable cities is that people get motivated to do urban 'hikes' and the hours of exercise are much larger than in typical cities (especially compared to walking and cycling unfriendly cities).

As far as 'conspiracy theorists' this represents a vast spectrum of individuals, and no doubt that would be foolish to lump into a single one-dimensional stereotype unless your aim is some sort of propaganda or social conditioning.

Coffee is an anti-thiamine factor (because of compounds like caffeic acid, which also exist in Dcaf). It also hinders absorption of thiamine and minerals such as iron. Other than modifying nutrient absorption, it also has benefits, such as raising stomach acid, which is beneficial for protein rich meals. So coffee with a real breakfast (eg., hash browns and eggs) should be beneficial.

Coffee on an empty stomach is not good over repeated long term occasions, as it leads to cortisol spikes. If empty-stomaching coffee, it is a good time to pop some trace metal and mineral pills (iron, manganese, zinc, selenium, chromium, moly, boron, magnesium).

It gets orbital speed and kinetic energy from the aircraft.

Being dropped from a 747 the kinetic energy is far smaller than the potential energy. The 747 goes perhaps mach 0.8-something with a ceiling over 40,000 ft; say roughly 14 km.

Now Kerbal is an interesting way to get very crude approximations. And the reason usually that my above simple calculation ends up not impressing as much as it should is that the orbital rocket needs to transition from a horizontal flight path to something much steeper, or it will take a very long path through the upper atmosphere. And now back to the thermal limits. If you are exposed above thermal limits you are raising your cancer risks. This was known since the 40s (eg ww 2 radar operators) and is well established. In the past few decades the only debate was whether sub thermal limits of microwave and UHF and higher frequency RF raises cancer risks; the evidence is slowly piling up, and it seems those urging caution are being proven correct.

well, that was timed well for Christmas. While Buffalo got hammered twice by snow so far, it almost totally missed Rochester and portions in central NY.

While one person might find a RX 6400 GPU optimal, with its 50 some watt TDP and 1080p medium capability, another person would rather have a 6500 XT integrated on the board, and another yet would want some monster GPU with several times that performance and TDP. Lousy engineering and poor oversight of how the designed systems interact, and lack of KISS solutions such as manual overrides may have contributed. One theory:

The engine surged power because it thought there was a danger of stalling the turbine, and whatever mechanism was supposed to get rid of such potential excess thrust didn't work or wasn't implemented.

Apparently not always easy to fly, but the Starfighter was an incredibly amazing design very ahead of its peers. Afaik this fighter could supercruise. It had tiny thin wings, very low drag, and clever mechanisms to cope with low speeds or higher AOA.

Disadvantage of the small low drag wings is that the aircraft cannot sustain a tight turn, as the aircraft bleeds off too much energy. So in a dogfight versus say a delta wing (low wing loading) like Mig-21 the F-104 will run out of energy.

But this is the sort of fighter that will use superiority in numbers and stand off weapons to inflict a blow on the enemy. It's not an air superiority fighter, but more of a first wave interceptor to inflict hit and run damage.

My second question, how much more resilient are older processes with larger feature size compared to modern 6/7nm ? Compare modern with older (14nm/22nm finfet, 28nm/32 soi) and ancient (65nm or larger).
