Bought my first one in 2007 and the zipper only gave out last year. Bought the current version soon thereafter.

I ride the bus and I love the side pockets that give me easy access to my pass. I pack a laptop, two books on average and a lunch. There are all kinds of isolated compartments for things like legal documents, battery packs, and e-readers without opening the main two compartments. The laptop has its own compartment. There's little pocket on the very top for your phone.

I don't think this bag can compete with others when it comes to storage space, but it will take the best of them when it comes to user experience. The placement of some of these pockets/ compartments is very well thought out.

Not only the 'West', the 'East' itself is desensitized to violence in the middle-east. It's normal to see newspapers there going out of their way to show bloody and gruesome imagery to reflect how "this is more violent than the last violent thing".

In a nutshell: Bombings, assassinations and airstrikes are business as usual in Beirut/anywhere else in the middle-east and that's why no one is shocked.

Can't tell for sure, but there's an odd behavior that might have something to do with the type of connection the client is on.

It's not about ASCII, it's about where that ASCII is presented whether it's terminal emulator like mlterm or a text box in a sane OS like Ubunutu. RTL languages can be detected and viewed correctly without any additional information.

Addendum: I'm using 'ASCII' only because in this context we are talking about 'plain text' and not the actual 7-bit ASCII. UTF-8 encoding is a given when talking about RTL languages.
