I wouldn't put it past Microsoft to suddenly add "features" that break said support.
It does make it easily browsable and linkable on the web. So you can't say it has no benefits.
Knowing google. There will likely be a free tier and then higher tiers that handle multiple phone lines, complex call routing and eventually customer service case handling.
Just go with an RSP that is honest and provides decent bandwidth. Aussie Broadband are great and won't even let you sign up if they don't believe they have enough capacity in your area.
