this is just sales slop for their own product.

did they, like, not lose a million jobs tho?
Duplication is fine, triplication and above is the issue.
me waiting for the "the rise of posts analyzing the rise of the em-dash on hacker news" posts
It'd be nice if desktop safari was a column.
damnit, I just happen to like the look of the thing. now everyone thinks I'm AI for pausing in my thoughts as I write—as if I were human...
I mean, have you looked outside lately?
because two colors of functions suuuuuuuuuuks to deal with
Is this the first AI hallucinated desire path?
I highly recommend Macross Plus for further research this topic: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt2330912/
just to confirm I read this right, "the marathon crater" does not in fact exist, but this works because it seems like it should?
"Mac Numbers"
help get this supported in vscode by liking the issue here: https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-python/issues/24916
I love fzf but no need to invent the wheel here if you are using zsh. check out one of these zle plugins. (Demo https://asciinema.org/a/155704)
I prefer these two, you get good performance, search that is semi-shell syntax aware, ranking that takes age somewhat into account, and syntax hilighting.

or the same thing but older, for those who like older things because they have an air of stability about them: https://github.com/zsh-users/zsh-history-substring-search
I always read it as ⇧⌘?… because its help

Hi I'm Adam and I've been doing python work for startups for a long while now. I'm looking for the next place I can make a big impact. I'm most interested in anything that is looking how to leverage AI for social good. What is the over/under on RCS messages still being green?
i'd like to be free from being hit by cars. its not freedom if its killing other people
Possibly unpopular idea here, but I want cars to enforce a speed cap inside cities. They have all the relevant speed limit and GPS data. And hopefully this would stop those cars from going 45mph on my 20mph street.
ebikes already have this, why not cars?
going out on a limb here, but i _think_ there is already a really popular project named darwin, maybe for, like, SEO or something, a different name?
hi I’m Adam!
I like to solve hard problems, speak at conferences, and bike with my kids in my free time. I would like to put my skills in Python, architecture, and team mentorship to good use while learning more about applied AI.
Unfortunately after shipping some awesome stuff at Discord my son developed Leukemia and required a stem cell transplant, after working during his medical treatment for a year and a half I was suffering from severe burnout and had to take some significant me time. I am now eager to get back to what I love, solving interesting problems.

Reticulating Splines?
python is terrible, but it's the best language we've got.
"how can twitter be truly unbiased in how we allow our most wealthy users to go 'death com 3' on all marginalized people and not just one small group of marginalized people"
does a mandalorian worry if another can wear their armor? no, its just for them.
giving up on the notion "others will use or collaborate with my scripts" was the single most productive thing i've done for my scripting.
Who is out there using pickle because they think it is a good idea? We use it because it is easy and builtin to the language and handles datetime by default!
love the player hate the name
