I am shocked. No one has yet said 'Buy Crypto' :)

Wow, that's a ballsy move. Did the startup fail because of the recession time/lack of funding?
Thank you. You make some really good points. Right now, we are able to compete well with others in the "few thousand dollars" price range. Bigger clients don't entertain us(yet) because we are so small and obviously without the track record of handling big projects.
Can you elaborate on what you mean by productized consulting and hosting? Thanks
Thank you for the advice. Your suggestions on areas to focus on and SEO makes lot sense. I guess we have quite a bit of thinking and planning to do :) Glad that I am asking for advice here
Thanks. Any tips on how to build sales and communication channels? What worked best for you and what should we not waste our time on?
Thank you. that is a great insight.
Thank you for sharing. We mostly do fixed price contracts, but I am aware that the hourly logging software is annoying!
Cool. Did you build your network through Upwork-like platform? How did you get started?
Thank you! This is amazing advice esp. on hiring
Thank you. This looks interesting and something we should think about deeply
Good point! Yes, we have increased our rates but not kept them very high. I guess that's one of the reason potential clients continue to approach us. I think we are at a point where it makes sense to grow our team, but there are these constraints about wages etc as I mentioned in my description. We want to be as thoughtful and smart about hiring as possible. We are currently growing but we want to make sure whatever we do is sustainable in the long term. One option is to partner with other freelancers and sub-contract some stuff and we have done in few instances, but there's additional risk to that approach and probably not very beneficial in the long term
haha, this has happened to me during a half marathon. It cost me 10-15 mins as there was a big line outside the toilet
I agree. Whenever I decide to lose weight, I've always found that turning both the knobs(diet & exercise) at the same time in the beginning is overwhelming and doesn't work for me. I have to get into a routine for one of the two first before focussing my attention on the other. Usually, it's exercise first. Wonder if other people have same exeperience
Haha, I just learned this recently. It's on the menu in their app. I always order short now when I am in a mood for "unhealthy" drink
Haha. Wonder if there are people who got drawn in to the ML/AI hype, got disillusioned somehow and now going back to traditional software development
Wonder if anyone has tried the posture corrector belts available on amazon. They look uncomfortable
I can relate to this. Thanks for sharing the blog post
Thanks for sharing your experience
Why? and what alternative are you picking up?
Cool ! never heard of those until you mentioned. why is regular keyboard bad?
Do you know what the false positive rates of these tests are ?
Do you have link to the paper ?
Here we go...

Didn't know what 'working for the man' meant and had to look it up. :P urban dictionary to the rescue ! What you say does make sense in general, but I was curious about what are the ways in which one could change(reduce) the reset clock interval. Plenty of general advice about meditation, exercise, task management etc i think will help but with following that do people start most days like fresh as Mondays or at least close to? Lot of traditional self-help advice is along the lines saying start every day as new without carrying baggage from earlier day, but it is hard and hasn't worked well for me. I probably sort of "procrastinate" and subconsciously look towards start of the week for that.
Thanks. I will try this
I don't think so. It's just the feeling of starting fresh
thanks. any particular meditation technique you recommend ?
Thanks for the suggestion. Do you use it just for work stuff or even personal ? Sorry, I have about kanban but not very familiar.
sigh ! if only, that was possible at a job. Wonder if any companies have tried this. a day off midweek instead of two day weekend. That probably affects the momentum
