I agree with this. I manage a fully remote team, and the bottleneck on delivering complex technical projects is the inability to effectively communicate. Slack/Teams do have limitations as communication tools.
How's the resource in question the dog? The dog's are used for illustrative purposes to convey a technical idea. So not finding a bone, the resource, is appropriate. Also it's such a HN thing to do to dissect humor in such a way.
Just last week it was reported that police showed up at the wrong house for a domestic violence incident and killed the (armed) homeowner. So I can see a lot of accidental takedowns with this tech.
Interesting anecdote: I was interviewing a full stack developer, and I asked him to build a simple react UI. He was allowed to use google, but couldn't come up with a solution. He then said if he had access to chatGPT, he could've solved it..We didn't hire him, but should that be an expectation? Can you use chatGPT on an interview?
