the most important skill is DEAL MAKER. A lawyer that will guard your interests while aware of the other side needs. There are so many lawyers that guard their client while totally alienating the other side.

my 2 cents.
- keep text above the fold. easier to read titles than decide to click on a video.
- make titles easy to read. grid is not easy to read. find your top 4 titles write them above the fold than video than you can write the rest of the titles.
- I think that a road map of prices would help but this is probably not possible now. "beta subscribers secure 20% discount of our listed price" would probably increase your signups.
Why are we charging extra for SSL? 15 years ago
SSL as a feature usually differentiate between sites that accept online payments (need to use SSL on their site payment form) and those that don't. Those that accept online payments seem to be able to pay more for a service than sites that don't accept online payments.
tl;dr sites that need ssl usually can pay more for same service.
