What Neumann did was unethical. He stole from We Work employees.

What i understood was all investors are buying basket of tasty cookies and no one is buying meh cookies' basket or cookies. So tasty cookies are overvalued and meh cookies are under valued.
they still continue to sell it
That's how they make money. 8 out of 10 people won't report or can't spot a fake product. They are playing odds here.
It's filled with junk
Not just Etsy, go pick any online marketplace right now, they all are filled with cheap Chinese junk.
Now imagine Zuckerberg 2020 VS Trump 2020. Who has better chances?
he'll embarrass himself if he actually runs for president..
I think you are underestimating the power of facebook (& fake news). He has money (64 billion USD) & he controls media (44 percent of all adults get their news from Facebook). he has already won, keep watching.
Give me a break, we supposed to protect the weak teenagers not sell them to advertisers for exploitation. They are vulnerable they need support at this time not the lucid loop of facebook. This is sad news.
Also about your "keep track of what's going on in the lives of ..", just call your friends to find out what is going on in their life. People normally don't post everything on facebook. I think its a great service if you want to know what's going on in Kim Kardashian life.
Let's not find the cure of Cancer because "Too many people here directly or indirectly dependent on the ecosystem."
Flawed argument.
Amazon charges sellers 8-15% per each sale in addition to FBA Fees so only way a seller can make money is by selling counterfeit. Amazon is getting greedy, sellers are cutting corner and customers are paying price.
Great, please add equity and learning opportunities in your list or reasons.
Facebook is pulling Zynga here. Facebook is a cluttered mess. I gave up on them 3 years back when i was getting updates from friends of my friends.
Most of the people don't get Art films. For example this movie https://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/raman_raghav_20/ This was one of the best movies i have seen in last 2 years. It was one star, now its 2 stars http://www.flixlist.co/titles/80115687
Their current rating system is flawed. I found many good one star movies on Netflix.
Netflix has awful user interface. I found out that i waste 15 to 20 min everyday browsing the same movies which i have rejected previously. There is no way to hide a movie. If you start hiding the movies on Netflix, you will find that there is actually no new stuff to watch most of the time. Also their rating system is horrible, they should tie up with Rotten tomatoes for actual rating.
It changes frequently. I tried the link this morning and it is "Sold by HandAProduct and Fulfilled by Amazon."
8 out of 10 people cannot spot counterfeit goods. I bought a major brand perfume, Sold and fulfilled by Amazon. When i used it after 2 months i was suspicious a. One day i was in Macy's, saw the same perfume (on same price). I tried the tester and i realized that perfume at home is a cheap knock off.
Initially i though that Amazon did not store it properly and warehouse heat must have destroyed the smell. Then i saw one star reviews. For last 6 months people were complaining and getting refund for this perfume. My refund windows was already closed. Anyway, lesson learned. Amazon is a hit or miss these days like eBay.
Here is one example, 84$ Magpul sights. If you have never seen the original product, you cannot spot the difference.

edit: Added "Sold and fulfilled by Amazon"
Not sure who downvoted you. I agree with you.
It was not a planned attack. I would call it a hate crime instead of a terrorist attack.
His surgeon must have searched him on facebook.
"little intrusive" are very kind words. i would call it a brazen theft of privacy.
...big media outlets protecting the corrupt status quo.
They are doing their job.
How many of us buy paper newspaper? How many of us have paid news site account? or browse news site without ad blocker. We want to read content without ads so they are selling this content. Media is writing PR piece and getting paid.
AirBNB can easily fix this issue by disallowing the hosts to reject the booking request if place is available. If host rejects the booking request, AirBNB can block them from renting out to other people for that time period. They can run analytics and find out who is rejecting to black sounding names and renting out afterward.
What are they doing?
No one is suggesting this, you are implying this. Stop distorting the conversation
"The scammers have "done their research" using publicly available information, including sites like Facebook, he said. They identify vulnerabilities to exploit."
Stop posting personal info on Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin. Best way to keep in touch is Whatsapp and any other personal messenger app.
Amazon encouraged this via giveaway scam.
"Set up an Amazon Giveaway" They promoted it to boost the sale.
Yes sir.
It is sad that Facebook is "the most influential companies in the history of the world". Targeted advertisement! just sad.
My takeaway from this whole story, We can't get justice without lot of money. Which is sad.
Hogan/Bollea should be able to fight his case without Mr. Thiel's financial support.
What was the point of this whole exercise?
Patents.
