Problem with KDE is they have too many user-level applications.

KDE team could have put focus and resources on core desktop environment.

It had many problems, but still they keep diversifying further.

I really like KDE, it's been my goto desktop from nearly 4 years.

I very much know my comment history is public.

Except for two comments, I'm replying to other people comments or adding more resources to my previous comments.

I'm a developer, I'm don't belong to BJP IT-cell, like the other guy is mentioning.

I have just seen that, my country is being depicted badly for wrong reasons, despite evidence against Amnesty.

As a citizen of this country, I felt responsible to educate and put forward, whatever I know.

I have started commenting from around 4:30PM IST, while traveling.

I didn't provide any sources for claims I have made previously, so I was indeed visiting each and every comment of my own and adding references, and replying to others.

Edit:

If you want proof, except for two comments, which I have copy pasted.

All other were responses to other comments.

I can share a screenshot, on telegram or gmail, my username is same across all platforms.

No,

In India, Breathing exercises are called as Pranayama. Meditation is called as Dhyana.

It's is a eight step process for spirituality called Ashtanga yoga.

In this,

Pranayama is 4th step.

Dhyana is 7th step.

Refer Patanjali Yoga Sutras for clarification.

If one is reading Holy Bible or Koran, one needs to adhere that they are the only god.

But in nowhere in Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism, Sikhism, ... Or any other religions from Indian origin claim their's is the only truth.

All of them are completely fine with different view points.

For example Hinduism is too broad, it literally accepts everything.

For Ex: There is only one God, there are many gods, there is no God. One can be an atheist and be a good Hindu. You need to pray to god, you shouldn't pray to god.

But there is an unification among all Indian religions. For ex: All religions go in search of God/Truth.

Any how, Bhagavadgita, should rather be looked up-on like a more of philosophical text rather than religious book. It is the essence of MahaBharata, yet another religious text book.

C Radhakrishnan - Bhagavad Gita_ Modern Reading and Scientific Study.

Intellectually very challenging.

Even though it is a religious book for many people, it can be read as just a normal story.

It teaches one about how to live life, not by set of defined rules, but by providing a proper explanation and through understanding.

It's a book which is usually dated to 5000 years or 7000 years.

It`s a very well-balanced story, one can ignore parts which are not relevant to present society.

It's very interesting how the world comes rotating,

In ancient India, Education is considered as sacred and given utmost important.

Basic Ideology is that student who have dedicated his life to studies shouldn't suffer to learn. So education is free.

Basically university's are publicly funded and students also do other small works as compensation.

For food, students used to go and beg (One needs to stand with a bowl infront of someone's house, people will come and feed them).

Even though whole culture is destroyed due to colonization. Sadhus/Rishis continue to do it even now.

Yeah, caste system is bad. India would have been in better place is it isn't exploited.

I think, I clearly mentioned it is bad.

So what was your thought like, Indians just sprung up during Ramayana, people did exist before and they can also read and write.

As per Hinduism, Ramayana is not the ancient texts, there exists many texts before it. It is kind of recent one.

I'm Roman Catholic by birth but I'm going to pursue Hinduism in future, I don't speak about Christ because I live in India, and no.of people who discuss about it is less. I haven't read any Hindu texts, but I did read Bible.

Hinduism regarding to righteous living, have got it completely covered. Which is what I'm interested in knowing.

I'm generally interested in ancient history, religion and philosophy.

Hinduism had a very good coverage regarding philosophy and the living culture which is able to survive in modern times.

I didn't delve into Hinduism, but I'm going to after 2 or 3 years. Right now my focus is else where.

I'm not astroturfing, I'm generally interested in religion and anything which broadens my understanding, Hinduism seems to fit very well into it.

If you just hate that they are able to get too many things right, I can't do anything.

If India is not a good place, then why Dalai Lama is staying in India, he could have gone to some other countries.

Buddhists who came from Tibet considers China have occupied their place, neither did these guys ever ask for Indian citizenship, When Dalai Lama goes to other place, he does it that way because to be an example indicating China have occupied their land and it rightfully belongs to them.

One cannot get a citizenship of a country and ask for a country from another country.

As an Indian we would be more than happy to have such people.

Next regarding Tamil Hindus of Srilanka, Many people from SriLanka live here in TamilNadu.

Nobody is denying them in India, They don't want to loose their land in SriLanka. If they come to India, they need to start from scratch, which is painful for anybody.

Is there any rule, that only Hindus are allowed to follow Sadhguru. He is what he is. When somebody is good, I don't think there is anything wrong with mentioning that.

Regarding, Indian caste system,

Initial attitude of caste was not the way it is practiced as now. There used to be free movement across castes. Workers are called Shudras, Business people are called Vaishyas, Warriors are called Kshatriyas, Intellectuals/people who pursued Knowledge are called Brahmins.

But, like anything, an elite group have exploited it. By restricting movement between castes, so they and their children can benefit from higher social status.

Initial intent is not bad, but the way it turned out and the consequences were really bad.

Ancient Indian education system wasn't caste based for your reference, It is the caste system, which spoiled everything.

Yeah, caste system is bad. India would have been in better place is it isn't exploited.

For all the messy comments against Indian government, To make things clear.

CAB (Citizenship Amendment Bill) made for illegal migrants from Pakistan, Afghanistan, Bangladesh (Three Islamic countries).

Who is an illegal migrant: Anybody who came to India after 1971 from these countries.

To whom does this rule apply: Illegal migrants who entered India till 2014.

What does it say: If one came to India before 2014 and stayed in India for certain years, they can become India citizens.

How many years: For Hindu, Sikh, Christian, Jain, Buddhist and Parsi 5years. For Muslims 11years.

Why segregation based on religion? Because of persecution of minorities in Pakistan, Bangladesh, Afghanistan. Pakistan, Non-Muslim population fell from 23% to 3%. Bangladesh, Non-Muslim population fell from 22% to 8%. Afghanistan, I don't know. Because, religious minorities from these three countries don't have any other place to go except India.

NRC (National Register for Citizens) is aimed at moving illegal immigrants to detention camps or they are free to leave to there actual country. During NRC one(Everybody in India) needs to prove there citizenship.

This Bill is applicable only for illegal immigrants(It has got nothing to do with Indian Citizens), If somebody wants to come to India legally, they can come.

Regarding the Kashmir issue,

When British left India, they divided India into 565 princely state, eventually almost all princely states joined either India or Pakistan.

Jammu and Kashmir decided to stay independent by Harri Singh(King). Pakistan looked out it as opportunity and tried to seize J&K, later Harri Singh, came to seek out help from India. Then Vallabhbhai Patel(Deputy Prime Minister) took advantage of this situation and suggested J&K to become part of India.

There Harri Singh have signed making it part of India.

Indian government didn't occupy the area which is occupied by Pakistan, they have stopped Pakistan. But didn't push back Pakistan.

This part of area which is occupied by Pakistan is called as POK(Pakistan Occupied Kashmir) in India.

Later Article 370 was introduced as temporary provision for J&K, giving them special status in Indian constitution. Article 370 goes something like this:

1. Nobody can buy any land in J&K.

2. If a women marries any Indian citizen, she was denied as citizen of J&K.

3. ...

Most of the J&K citizens were unemployed because there is no investment. Terrorists have always seen this as opportunity and infiltrated into India and many Kashmirs were trained as terrorists. India lost nearly 40,000 soldiers in Kashmir.

From nearly 70 years, Kashmir have been easy target for terrorists groups, because citizens have got nothing to do, and some of them turned into extremists.

Indian government is used to pump in lot of money for some of J&K citizens for basic necessities with subsidies.

Regarding abrogation of article 370, Jammu and ladakh people were happy, some Kashmirs were not happy, and almost all of India is happy, regarding this change.

Regarding Muslims being suppressed, .... We live like brothers. With such a huge population, sometimes disputes happen, media take it to another level, showcasing it as if though this is how whole India is like.

Media turns even normal disputes into religious. Despite all this we live well.

Many detention camps were being build in Assam, because many illegal immigrants were trying to settle there.

We already have huge population, and deficiency of resources, and the last thing we want is more population from other countries. Already our country is stressed up with all the issues we have.

When situation is out of hand, people suffer a lot.

MasterCard and Visa have stopped there services in several countries, in-order to be complaint with American law (Laws which are specifically made, to hurt certain countries).

When a Democratic government is controlling private companies, when needed let alone your suggestion of believing in government companies.

In 1999, during Kargil War (between India and Pakistan), it's an unexpected war from Indian side. When Indian government asked help from American government for GPS, they have outright denied it. When it's needed the most.

As a country we had our fair-share of setbacks from several countries, I think we need to learn from our mistakes and try to be independent.

In the need of the hour, every country/state/person has it's own preferences.
