For something under 100 MB, this is probably the strongest option right now.
Do you have experience with these tools? Some such as sshrc only apply temporarily per session and don't persist or affect other users. I keep plain 'ssh' separate from shell functions that apply dotfiles and use each where appropriate. You can also set up temporary application yourself pretty easily.
You can apply your dotfiles to servers you SSH into rather easily. I'm not sure what your workflow is like but frameworks like zsh4humans have this built in, and there are tools like sshrc that handle it as well. Just automate the sync on SSH connection. This also applies to containers if you ssh into them.
They're likely running the Dark Reader extension and turned it off for the site, but didn't refresh the page. The extension doesn't always fully reset when you disable it for a specific site. Reloading the page with the extension turned off fixes the issue, so it is not your site.
I add something like “ask me any clarifying questions” to my my initial prompts. For larger requests, it seems to start a dialogue of refinement before providing solutions.

The automatic testing and setting of stable undervolt VF offsets per core is a great feature and something I miss on my current intel build. I don't know of any motherboard or other software that offers that.
I had to turn it on manually under Nvidia control panel. My GPU used roughly 100W more while playing a video on any of the super resolution settings, so it is definitely working when turned on. I didn't do rigorous testing of video source quality though.
The idea is cool, but I'm going to leave it off since I don't think I'll get much benefit out of it.

I haven't gotten too far, but the initial problems don't seem too hard in higher level languages. They are very good problems to get better at IO, string manipulation, and data wrangling in your language of choice though.
Browns are recommended for typing over reds, etc. as they have the tactile 'bump' but aren't excessively noisy. Reds are supposed to be quieter along with some other less common switches.
I have a leopold with browns I bought used for $40 years ago plugged into my work laptop, and a cooler master with cherry browns and backlighting I use on my desktop that cost me a little over $100. I did get one keyboard with gateron switches because they're cheaper than cherry switches, but one of the keys was failing within months. I have stuck with cherry switches since.
I've been on the fence for a few years about buying a kinesis advantage 2. The layout does seem like it would make typing much more comfortable and ergonomic.

A similar tool that saves me immeasurable amounts of time is fasd[0]. I started using it as a part of prezto[1], which is similar to oh-my-zsh, and have never gotten around to trying any other solutions such as z.

I prefer linux, but it is quite easy to install different shells on macOS.
Mercurial is probably the most popular alternative, although if git wasn’t so ubiquitous, I would spend some time trying out fossil.
edit: I can’t remember where, it was when I was researching fossil, but there are some good reads on why Linus created git and the history of VCSs.
I don't think it's work from home as much as it is the lack of socializing altogether. If we were able to go out and socialize outside of working from home, I'm sure many people would be faring and feeling much better than what our current situation is.
I have only been around family for the entirety of the last year, and as much as being close and connected with them is, not being able to go out to eat or do anything else does take it's toll.
I have been staying connected with friends and strangers online through things such as discord, etc. and I would have to say it has helped tremendously. Getting regular interaction with others even if it's just over audio or video goes a long way through all of this.
I’ve always solved this issue by keeping windows on one drive and linux on another. It does have an upfront cost, but keeping my dev work / linux environment setup has always worked well for me. Lately I’ve thought of trying WSL, but I don’t see any real benefit over my current setup
I really wish that there was a way to explicitly tell Spotify that I "dislike" a song and to never recommend it to me again.
You can at least for radio playlists. You can specifically say to never play this song or artist again. They used to let you thumb up or down on tracks which I think was a much easier UI.
Skipping songs doesn't seem to do enough for songs in your playlists so you have to go through the whole right click -> never play again workflow. I really wish I could just downvote individual songs as they play and tailor it that way since sometimes I'm just tired of a particular song, but maybe I like the song or the artist and don't want to click on 'never hear this again'. It just seems to repeat certain songs way too much based on your listening history.

I don’t think bootcamp has ever been a requirement to boot into linux on a mac, and I never have used it to do so on various macbook pros over the last ~10 years
Small nitpick: CD quality is in fact 44.1khz. The nyquist theorem essentially says you need to use a sampling rate twice as high as the highest frequencies you want to record and reproduce. The article gets the gist of this right, just the cd quality numbers wrong. Izotope has a really good article that goes into digital to analog conversion, sampling rates, and the history behind them.

I’m no expert audio engineer, but the dynamic range of vinyl is limited by the space between the grooves. That being said, it shouldn’t have any effect on the quality of the audio, just the difference in volume of the loudest and softest parts.
Debian absolutely can give you bleeding edge if you just change your repos from their stable release to testing or sid/unstable. Same thing applies to Fedora and pretty much every major Linux distribution.
It might not be in the headlines on major news, but there are updates from local cal fire every day. I’ve been following cal fire scu posts on twitter. Currently 375k acres and 40% contained as of yesterday. People living in the evacuation order areas are starting to be allowed to return home. Not a lot of structural damage out here as it’s mostly wilderness, but the other fire up north in the Sonoma area has burned through multiple buildings and homes afaik. I don’t have much information on that one though since I’ve been so focused on the one close to home for me.
Gunpowder is meant to burn at controlled rates, but traditional gunpowder, black powder, used in fireworks and older firearms typically burns very quickly. Smokeless gunpowder for modern firearms have controlled burn rates. Depending on barrel length, etc. you may want the gunpowder to burn faster or slower to affect the ballistics. I imagine they use certain ratios of differing ingredients to control the rate of burn in fireworks as well.
You used to be able to like or dislike songs on radios, but iirc spotify switched it to only favorite a couple of years ago. I don’t understand the reasoning, as it would help tailor their data much more.
Exactly this. One example would be the difference in how pronounced reverb and delay effects are on headphones versus most speaker setups. Each ear is much more isolated, so the separate audio tracks for each ear don’t blend.
