I'm working on creating a volume mixer, basically like Deej, but more polished.
Some things I'm planning on including: - App drag & drop for assignment. - Programmable macro buttons. - Small OLED displays to show app icon and volume levels.
Attempting to do everything in Rust too, even the MCU firmware. It's been a lot of fun. xD
Yes! I was hoping someone mentioned this already. I had soo much fun with DSP, ended up needing to track all my shipments in a spreadsheet. I really hope the upcoming combat system works out so I have an excuse to play it again.

Thanks. I made something similar a while ago myself called Shoutium, basically the same thing. More simpler this time around tho. Users are always difficult to get, this too will probably also fizzle out.
I truncate the GPS data server side, it's a bit over 1KM accurate.

There's a check box beside the range selection to only see messages in your range. I'll be changing the UI a lot, will test that thanks.

Just thought I'd share something I've been working on. Basically it's a message relay that sends messages to others around you (given GPS coordinates from browser). Can choose range from "Range" pull down near top left (hover over options for approximate distances). Back end is written in Rust.

Agreed, I've been using Dvorak for almost 10 years now. It's more comfortable, and I can type roughly 20WPM faster compared to when I was using qwerty. That being said, switching to something better really does sound interesting.
