Yes, it's pretty cool. I know a lot of people are skeptical about IBM and open source, but there really is a lot of cool stuff happening. I hope people give it a chance, or at least take it out for a test drive.

That was pretty funny -- old school trolling circa 1991. The Comments section on every site so often becomes the last refuge of truly poisonous personalities. Yet they're often good for a laugh.

Graphics, lists, headings, short paragraphs, code tags -- e.g. <code></code> -- anything that breaks up text and makes your post scannable. Everyone's so time-stressed, the easier you can make your post to quickly scan, the more value you'll provide. Depending on your content, of course. :)

Great overview! We're just starting to use Slack for content/design work and beyond the nuts-and-bolts processes the biggest challenge is working in the open. Will share your experiences with my team.

But are those the only choices? Wouldn't it be better to take a straightforward-but-civil approach? You can be honest, blunt, or critical without being demeaning and, frankly, childish.
