Uniqlo uses YKK zippers and I can honestly say that they are the best zippers ever.

He said "no" because it is normal to assume that what the author was about to say had no contribution toward his priorities. Had it been important enough, he would've know about it. This is a sign that the person say "no" is a great time and resource manager.

Letters like this appear all the time but only when the issue is sensationalized. It's inconsistent and doesn't actually solve any root problems between technology and society.
