Currently, every tenant application is specific to a single property and landlord, as income-to-rent ratio and other property specific data is used as part of the rental recommendation. This would certainly be a value-add feature for the tenant and is something we will look into for the future. Thanks for taking the time to look through our site!

First off, congrats on the build, and I think the concept is great. I've used Morningstar in the past and am wondering how your product is different?

As you read the books suggested by others, I would also suggest referencing ( http://www.investopedia.com/ ) when you are unfamiliar with investment terminology. Per your link, it's a great tool for defining Mkt Cap., P/E, etc.
