I think its too early to judge yourself in low esteem. You should hold some road shows and also go to events where artists hang out and demo your product to them..That should help..apart from that I guess you should keep on going for at least a year so get some traction. Don`t assume to have thousands or millions signing up in few weeks and months... First few weeks and months are slow

Do some quick tests on your app to figure out what part of your app is the bottleneck. Rememeber the 80/20 rule applies here as well. You might get a lot of performance improvement by focussing only on few key areas. DO NOT, EVER, OVER OPTIMIZE YOUR APP. If you need to spend lot of time to rework then do it in phases rather than taking a big bang approach

South Koreans are known for copying great products and launching them cheap most of the time. I see this here all the time..This includes most of the big time Korean players in all segments...It's not just the chineese but the koreans are good at copying too

yes but dont you think all those Small and Medium sized businesses would like to go for a comparable solution with less string attached (something on lines of atlassian or jive)...sharepoint is expensive in long run and in these tough economic conditions with no signs of improving there is still a market for small players

Another BUZZWORD created by BIGBULLS like IBM, Oracle, MIcrosoft etc. to scare away the customers and make more money. Thats how they have been minting money all these years... Technically SOA is not a rocket science, primarily uses webservices but these companies have wrapped it around too much of BULLSHIT to make things looks scarry so that customers would run towards them to adopt SOA. Instead of trying to keep things simpler..they are making it more complicated each day since i started follwing SOA 3 years back
