Synthesis AI | https://synthesis.ai/ | REMOTE (US timezones) | Full-time | Sales Engineers, Backend Engineers

We're hiring for sales engineers (junior welcomed!) and senior backend engineers. We're a VC-funded startup generating large amounts (hundreds of terabytes) of data for companies doing computer vision machine learning. We reduce our customers' need for collecting real data by 10x. Our customers are some of the big name tech companies and automotive companies, and startups too.

Tech stack: Python, Golang, React, AWS (SQS, S3, EC2, EFS, RDS, Kubernetes, Pulumi, more)

See https://angel.co/company/synthesis-ai/jobs

Feel free to contact me directly: matt@synthesis.ai

Synthesis AI | REMOTE | Contract to FT | Javascript engineer | San Francisco | https://synthesis.ai/

We generate terabytes of data for computer vision via a simple API, enabling the programmatic generation of millions of images with pixel-perfect labels to help you build new, better, and more balanced AI.

Our enterprise customers need a GUI to build and validate requests to our API, and that's who we're looking to hire! Mostly in-browser javascript, with some Node.js.

Contact: matt@synthesis.ai

My whole perspective changed greatly when I started to define success to be focused on what I want to be true about how I spent my time each day (e.g. on something I was truly passionate about), rather than an outcome like some financial event or some position.

Of course, it took me years to figure out what I would be passionate about doing that I would also earn a living off of!

I'm the maintainer of this site -- happy to answer questions.

I made it primarily because hacker news and Reddit don't have regular enough news updates on the robotics industry for what I wanted :)

I used telescope app, an open source project to get it up and running.

Good point. I'm specifically talking about founders who are shooting for 100mm in revenue companies (the kinds VCs would invest in). Sorry -- I thought everyone in the silicon valley defined entrepreneurs in the same way? ;-)
