The owner should consider creating a more visually telling site. Sure, it explains the steps but graphics that explain every step briefly in 1,2,3 would be much better.

Some examples of snail mails that you've sent would make it even better. I want to see what the "product" looks like (quality etc.)

I'm really sorry, I can't tell you how much I invested but I can tell you that it was for the first batch and not per-item charging. So you kinda need to invest a lot of money to start something like this - if you want to create great quality products :)

Vintages from the 60s are sooo amazing. We were actually inspired from some vintage watches (and modern watches) :)

That's how it is if you use full size "hero image" on Medium. I wish Medium would allow its users to add the title in the foreground of the image.

Me and my friend (both business students) tried to start a business with having the Business Plan as our first step. It went to hell.

Now we started with validating the idea - selling! It worked soooo much better. More people should try that instead!

I could, but that would cost $300 for that sample. I got a sample of another watch to feel the quality. And I can tell you - it felt good!

As I said before, this is not really passive income, but I can easily sell watches just with the effort I put in earlier. I don't have to put as much time and effort as soon as the watches come if I don't want it to scale.

The easiest way is to contact a manufacture and ask how they would want it. I used CAD and sent it but it's different from time to time.

Totally agree. Always consider increasing your price. If people find it valuable, they'll still buy it:)

The watch case design is a render and the band is a photo of real bands. But as I said before, the watches are under production right now, finished very soon. So we're not able to have any real photos of the watch yet :)

I've tried this tool for a while to generate more engagement. I create fashion watches for men and automatically like posts under tags like #mensfashion, #gardannewatches (my own watch brand) etc.

This have helped me gain so much more traction than I ever could manually. But if you'll try it - be careful. It's easy to use it in the wrong way and act spammy!

Great, that's what was missed in this list. Actually used Paletton earlier today. It's probably one of the best "palette" apps for us non-designers.
