What I'm saying is you're deflecting the responsibility of creating ideal feminist societies back onto women to make it palatable to you, which goes against anything I've ever learned about responsibility and accountability after someone(women) tells you(men) something's wrong.
The goal is for women to be treated equally. That's on us, not them, and words like this being used on us are attempts to communicate that. They've been asking us for the equal environment for centuries. And if you honestly believe in women being equal, nothing would push you away.
"Mansplaining" doesn't hurt my feelings or oppress me and my expression at all. This isn't necessarily true for the hundreds of other words we use to dismiss women and their behaviour.
I think one of the points of its colloquial usage is as a form of protest to force us to reflect on our culture.
It's asking us to think about why the term bugs us, as well as how helpless it feels to be unable to stop being dismissed with terms like these no matter how much you explain it. We all have to change.

Women didn't start anything here in terms of division by gender. Did you think JFK signed the Equal Pay Act in 1963 for fun or something?
If there is overstepping, consider that they may just be trying to correct the overstepping of the other side. It's one of those things you can only appreciate by having your own skin in the game.
I think we're waiting for you to present an argument that supports your statement that the US society isn't patriarchal.
I'd think if you were actually concerned with those suffering from oppression, you wouldn't rank their suffering in order of severity to determine what any of us should focus on first (as if we can only think about one thing at a time... and if there are bigger problems, why aren't you naming them and offering possible solutions we can act on? They're big problems that we belittle with our own problems, right? What are you referring to here?).
Then it appears you dismiss her entirely just because her Twitter has feminist things in it. That makes her an extremist somehow.
No one has to "attempt to divide the genders." Women have already been subjected to this in colonial and imperial countries for at least thousands of years.
What you see as an "attempt at dividing" is more accurately the article showing you reality while you dismiss it.
