One thing that I think is underacknowledged in discussions of weight/fat loss is time horizon. Fad diets don't work. You can't expect to lose 30 lbs in 2 months. Set a longer time horizon. What do you want to weigh in a year (or more)? Reduce your calorie intake gradually. Weigh yourself often. Are you making progress? If not, lower your calories a litle bit more. Keep trying. Try to eat healthy foods, but there's nothing wrong with some "unhealthy" foods. Try to be active and exercise, but you don't need to be a marathon runner or powerlifter. Be fair to yourself. You gained the weight over time, so now you have to lose it over time.
I'm skeptical of the audience for such a podcast. Also, seems like it would require a lot of time that could be used to focus on the actual business. Sure, maybe you could assign someone in marketing to run it, but even then I would make sure it didn't take up too much of that person's time. And for startups with low headcounts, I'm not sure there is such a "marketing" person.
I thought the song was pretty catchy. As a first example of what AI can do in this space, I'm excited at the possibilities -- especially as someone who writes music but can't sing like the Weeknd or rap like Drake. I look at it less as something that's going to replace songwriting and more as another tool.

An interesting incident. First, who’s behind? If it’s Ukrainians, that makes Putin look weak. If it’s a Russian inside job, is this a sign of the power struggle Putin is facing? Then again, Putin is the guy who attacked his own citizens to justify his rise to power, so who it could also be him.
Second, Dugin (and by extension his daughter) is a dangerous thinker I don’t know if it’s media hyperbole to say he’s “Putin’s brain” but it certainly seems like Dugins ideas have been implemented: 1) supporting racial tensions in the US, 2) separating the UK from the EU, 3) supporting various far-right politicians, and 4) annexing Ukraine.
I've wondered this as well - specifically regarding Fridman but also other people who have become popular through social media. (As to the latter, it never ceases to shock me how various YouTube channels can amass hundreds of thousands of subscribers.)
Anyway, as someone mentioned above, he was on Rogan's podcast and fits the Rogan mold of influencer: interested in AI and machine learning, politically neutral, trains in Brazilian jiu jitsu, etc. In fact, I'd describe his style as being a more intellectual Rogan, haha (which is not necessarily a compliment). His popularity has skyrocketed after being on Rogan. However, I'm not sure about his popularity prior to Rogan.
