Italian born and raised, but moved around in various contries.
I own a handful of Bialetti mokas of different sizes. A couple of those are from my teenager years, I don't even remember buying them, they might have been from my parents. I still use them multiple times daily.
Mokas are for life. As long as you replace the plastic gasket once in a while (a couple bucks) and you don't accidentally melt the handle (which you can replace anyway) they'll outlive all of us.

This. I never have to take it off. Battery lasts forever, lightweight, thin, accurate (despite it lacks radio synch), extremely cheap.

It is actually growing slower and slower and looking as a logistic curve, which is perhaps unsurprising. Also note the increasing gap between weekdays and weekends, which is a sign that enterprises don't care about v6.
Enterprises are doing the right thing, ignoring v6. No advantage whatsoever for a long time to come, only added complexity and training.
As a network engineer and enthusiast, I would do the same.

It is a good idea, as IP ranges are a simple (discrete) linear range.
However, maybe this is not the best explanation:
The problem with displaying IP addresses, is that they are a single dimensional, they only move up and down, however humans are not good at looking at a large amount of single dimensional points.
But rather: Hilbert curves are great because it ensures that every two consecutive points are contiguous in space (i.e., no gaps).
Again, it's probably _not_ Virgin's fault or responsibility. Capacity planning is handled by Google directly.
Also, I think that virtually every ISP with more than a few tens of thousands users is hosting a GGC instance nowadays (and a Netflix OpenCache, etc. etc.).
Nowadays, the vast majority of the transit&peering of ISPs is not going to the Internet, but to a few racks of local caching servers managed by OTT operators.
Bandwidth-wise, at least in prime time, the Internet is much less connected/realtime than people think :)
It is common for ISP to host instances of the Google Global Cache (GGC, see https://peering.google.com/) which are used for many Google services, most importantly YouTube.
In fact, in many cases Google itself "suggests" to ISP that they host a few GGC servers.
They are directly monitored by Google, and the ISP has basically no say in how they are run. Capacity is managed by Google directly.

I too "pressed" those buttons hundred of times. Never I would have imagined that they are just a piece of plastic with a motion sensor pointed on.
In my career I’ve met quite a few network engineers who don’t think sufficiently outside the box. They typically say “this is how it’s done, this is how it works.”
Completely agree, it is my experience as well. I believe this is because, at last historically, very few network engineers are interested in software.
This is slowly changing, but it will take "a generation".
