Shouldn’t Windows just show a huge warning explaining the implications of such actions when a user who has never used the Windows Run function nor PowerShell suddenly attempts to run some suspicious code pasted form the clipboard?

Yes, WebAuthn is an open standard, but it seems that Passkeys can only be synced using Google password manager and I don't see any API that would allow the user to use a different password manager as is the case with the auto fill API.
It's a known issue with Android. You need to install Play Services beta. It will work flawlessly.
Do you know if it's possible to see a list of stored passkeys in Android? I installed the Play Service beta, managed to create a passkey and sign in, but can't see the list of credentials anywhere in the UI.
I think that once users realize how difficult it is to transfer passkeys between their PC and mobile device, they will just ababdon them. The only risk I see is that passkeys will be synced between Android and Chrome.
I really hope that there will be an API for Passkeys like there is an API for password managers on Android.

Well, the problem is that many desktop workflows require data passing through many apps. How would you do that on the iOS model?

Malicious Tor exits should not be an issue. Tor is for anonimity and protects your identity. Enforce HTTPS to protect against MITM.
Why is this an issue? Most websites support HTTPS. It should be required and impossible to disable. Other malicious actors could also be running such attacks even at a much smaller scale.
The pattern is that their reviewers are really bad and the appeal process is almost nonexistent. Improving the quality would probably be a huge cost and they have no real reason to do that.
The point is that if browsers block the cert it will make the MITM impossible without them releasing thieir own browser. It will be much more clear for normal uaers that the custom browser can intercept internet traffic than that "security certificate". Also good luck getting that browser into the AppStore and PlayStore or making users install the apk.

Some SW can simply be run in a VM and you can do anything you want on the host computer and activate and deactivate passed devices.
Was it unreadable? Sometime ago everybody believed that after the IPv4 exhaustion everybody will quickly switch to IPv6. It was quite reasonable to sell them while they were still worth something if they believed that they will be worthless is several years.
Sadly, there was no big switch to IPv6 and double NAT is the thing now.
It would give reputable battery producers with all kind of certificates a thing and not buying dubious compatible batteries from Amazon/EBay/Ali/whatever a thing.

Vehicle speed can be easily measured and is a fact and an offense. Here there were conflicting informations about the other person's age and the offendents could have believed that the other person is 20+.
Let's put that differently. If your speed meeter is broken and you believe that you are not speeding, but in fact are still speeding, then the situation is clear. Here the other person was really 20+, so his judgment was actually correct.

I think that this reasoning is quite naive. The most basic counterexample I can give is a person who downloaded the content, but wasn't able to afford it. If that content was not accessible on IA, that person wouldn't be able to access is. The publisher would still not earn anything.
It's like a car dealer said "you fool came to buy a car in that hard time. I see that you really need it, so I will charge 10x the price" "But look! You have an entire parking lot of cars that nobody wants to buy. Maybe you could give me a discount?" "You are right. I will charge 40x the price!"
