@filearts the extensions is a standalone server that can operate with or without an application server. Only our base server cost for application, load balancer and extensions are the same.

Exactly on point, Dokku is great when you want to manage everything yourself, but Fortheon takes care of all the hairy server interactions.
Hey, so sorry about that, we weren't aware somebody posted about this! But like krisshd said, we are fully functional and have several websites running on us.
Have you thought about using Heroku?
From what I've heard in other places, Google only gives about 150k to their developers, so how does one make it to the 300k level?
Wow, this makes me actually reconsider this. Perhaps Google might find a way around this?
I still don't think that Xamarin 2.0 has the ability to compete with the native applications produced in Objective C
