I disagree with that. It's a get request that is changing state server-side. That is a dead giveaway for a CSRF vulnerability.

Would someone provide an example on how this tool could be used to test a REST API? I think I'm missing something here. I'm not seeing how a fake response endpoint lets me test my REST API (shouldn't my test code invoke the API and validate that the real response was correct?)

Encrypted communication is not very useful if you aren't sure who you are communicating with. Using a self-signed cert greatly increases this uncertainty.

Aren't they recorded differently though? Even though it doesn't change the results, you should be able to tell the difference between those who vote "nay" and those who just don't vote.

Maybe I'm missing something, but how is this a danger of SOAP? You could misconfigure any endpoint.

Got it up and running on a hyper-v VM in about 30minutes. Running great, but I can't figure out what the 'back' button equivalent is on the keyboard so that I can exit the App I'm in :)

edit: Turns out it's the windows key! I couldn't use it from the hyper-vm client, but once I remoted in via Remote Desktop it worked great. Loving the apps so far.

I felt differently when I visited. If anything, they at least show a progression over the general phases of the campus. Buildings 1-9 are very similar, as are the triangle buildings 16-18. A lot of the newer buildings (ie the 'Studios') are almost exactly the same. There are a few other buildings on campus (late 20's or 3*?) that show a similar architecture to the studios. But then, there is 'Red West' which is its own little mini campus in terms of design.

The reason I asked was because I wanted to see Microsoft categorized in such an easy and quick manner as Google/Apple. I must admit that I myself can't do that.

I have to ask - what is Microsoft style?

Your solution is rash and doesn't do much more than illustrate your ignorance. This article is one of the first reports, and doesn't even contain numbers in terms of how many users are affected.

Sit back and wait for the real story to unfold, then make an analysis and contribute something. Simply bursting out with "Fire them all!" and the first report of a problem is childish at best.
