This is a pretty interesting claim...I have a few C110 and C200 that work just fine offline after null routing them.

You may need to enable RTSP (https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/2680/) to get a feed off them directly, it works fine in Frigate and any other viewer that can consume RTSP.

Use Tailscale subnet routing.

Untrusted devices can sit on a separate VLAN or get WAN blocked, you can still reach them internally, and from any other device on Tailscale. You just need to expose the subnet via Tailscale subnet routing.

Just isolate it on the network so it doesn't have outside internet access.

There are also similar alternative devices like JetKVM, TinyPilot, etc.

This isn't really the "wow factor" hook you're expecting. It's very confusing and doesn't at all show what it is.
