Mac OS was awful. OS X was amazing. macOS feels like increasingly typical design-by-committee rudderless crapware by a company who wishes it didn't have to exist alongside iOS.

I use this facility on FreeBSD (dcons) to do debugging. Works great. There's a knob to explicitly turn on DMA, though. It looks like Linux has something similar. Is that not sufficient?

I have a cybertruck reservation that I think I'm going to pass on. I like Tesla the brand and the cars, but I have two now with batteries that only went ~70k miles before CAC imbalance is serious enough to risk getting stranded at a supercharger. Maybe if the $14-16k remanufactured battery they want to sell you (including core for your old battery) actually had any new cells in it I wouldn't be so salty, but as it is, I don't think I want another iPhone with wheels.

The vast majority of spam we get that isn't trivially rejected (DMARC, malformed HELO, etc) is from real, actual gmail. But they sure do care about _incoming_ spam.
