I would suggest taking basically any news of this type about NK with a grain of salt - a lot of it comes from South Korean tabloids afaik.

To be perfectly honest, I have remained convinced that AI technology is, for the time being, mostly a fad technology with far less real-world value and practical usability than most people think. 4 billion is an astronomically high valuation, IMO.

It'll never be gone until they tear down the rotten framework much of modern Windows is built around, even if they take away the browser portion itself.
