I think that's very dismissive of the importance rebates play. The PBMs' defensibility comes almost entirely from their ability to use their scale to drive up branded/specialty medication costs up by demanding larger and larger rebates from pharma. In terms of revenue, branded and specialty meds already make up more than 75% of the market today. They are the real problem here, not generics.

How about the dairy from milk cow? Does that matter for these types of stats?

Did a quick google search, and if the cow produced 2500gal of milk per year for 5 years before becoming meat, and the cow produced about 400lb of meat, then you end up with 1lb of beef + 30 gallons of milk for the amount of water the article states.

My brain and focus is just way better running on fat than on glucose.

Your body runs on sugar not fat. Fat will be transformed into sugar to be used as energy in your body. With that said, it won't create a huge spike in your blood sugar like drinking a soda, and won't cause a giant release of insulin.

Anybody notice how the io machines are completely resolution based? i.e if you don't run it at the same resolution it was created, it won't work?

Very nice! Just one little bug, the first item in a list gets covered by the title bar when selected and you can not longer see what it is. Edit: This seems to happen only after going into a folder first.
