I'm not sure about the other countries you mentioned, but Indian students cannot repay a dollar loan in rupees. The currency conversion is just not favourable and that is why Indian students tend to stay longer in the states trying to repay their loan.

PayMill, Braintree and Stripe for Europe; eWay or Pin for Australia and, 2Checkout or Worldpay for everywhere else.
Wonder if you could elaborate more on this for someone not a hardcore techie
Does this target a specific niche or another version of Recurly, Chargify or ChargeBee?
Windows Phone 8.1 is the most massive update ever on any platforms to date
Hey Jonathan do not worry, slowly things will fall into place. I wish you luck and pray for you and will also curse this unfair world for you. Stay strong and instil your little ones with confidence and happiness. Take care.
I use Skype almost every other minute, and never witnessed any huge battery drains either from my Windows Phone or Windows RT tablet or even in an iPhone. Guess its an android issue

Am confused, would this anyway bolster my geographically challenged HERE Maps?
This is great fun, could you embed share options? I could trigger a share-war amongst my friends!
That is absolutely ridiculous pricing! I guess there is one gateway anyone can use regardless of country is: http://www.mastercard.com/us/company/en/whatwedo/payment_pro... Ofcourse it does not have a transparent pricing or subscription module, but you could overcome that by integrating with any third party app spreedly, chargebee etc
Offtopic: Isn't 2checkout & its recurring module avilable for Nigerian merchants?
I wonder if this was used to discourage AmEX cards(Higher processing fee), as to my knowledge these forms have originated in pre-checkout JS era and have just been copied thereafter. Would be helpful if we could get a look at the processing rates 6-7 years back.
Guess not! I've tried everything listed in the store and everything's nothing short of pathetic
What's the 'remember me' for? Doesn't Stripe vault your card regardless of the choice
You know you could offer a lot more to your service with a proper subscription billing service.
Disclosure: I know I'm with ChargeBee, not a pitch just an observation.
