Any suggestions about how to find this type of person running in this type of district? I agree that supporting this type of person could be disproportionately effective, but how do you find them when still in the early stages?

From there you have a lot of options, but what I did is have it feed into my Google Calendar and read it via the Google Calendar API.

I was wondering if I would see Umbraco (www.umbraco.com) here - I just used it for a project and walked away very impressed. And the client loved it. Version 6 is moving to MVC.
