Could a custom filter for uBlock solve the problem (if there's nothing useful on the header?

I'm not sure I understand you. For example in Norway, alcohol is forbidden for everyone at specific times (https://www.thenorwegianstandard.com/article/alcohol-in-norw...). Which "stops anyone from doing so".

In many countries, the sale of alcohol is restricted because the majority agrees that it is harmful to society. The same should be done with pornographic content. However, we are only beginning to learn how to efficiently limit it. Things like this will happen, but it will improve over time. Overall, I see positive progress here.

Thanks for creating this. I must say that I don't find things written in Java on HN very often.

Obviously, advertising companies do everything to increase their revenue.
