I had had enough of ChatGPT sounding like a machine and repeating the same forms. So I forced it into rehab: no em dashes, no buzzwords, no “in conclusion.” Sentences short. Advise directly. Careera is an automated platform for job matching between companies and job seekers, providing end-to-end recruitment automation.

The are NO JOB APPLICATIONS and NO CV FILTERING by the company.

Job seekers only need to register on the platform, and upload their CV, which is then parsed via AI to speed up onboarding. Every few days, the platform sends quizzes/tests to build the user’s psychometric profile.

Companies create richer job postings on the platform.

Based on hundreds of data points, the platform pre-matches both sides automatically and anonymously, guaranteeing a good relative match.

Companies are proposed candidates and can see only basic information, excluding name, race, religion, ethnicity, or physical appearance.

When both sides hit “LIKE,” they can contact each other and proceed with the interview process.

Companies must process up to a maximum of 10 proposed candidates and cannot ghost any candidate. Only then can the platform propose more candidates.
