Watching the world evolve and transform

I don't see reason why same (or better) security measures that are present in normal cabs can't be implemented in uber. Maybe there are already?

This model of car centric city would be more and more common as man enters uninhabitable outdoor environments. so there would be benefit of starting to adapt to it right now with improving car indoor expirience like drive-ins and not making it harder with car prohibitions and taxing. With personal cars you will have more degrees of freedom than with trains, busses etc.

Yeah I read that, but nobody seems to mention what coding and project management practices were used in development of this software.

If this software is really done by military then it's development process was following some strict military standards and regulation. and should be similar to existing other software.

Regulations like : How is software partitioned to modules? What interfaces it is using? Are this novel or existing techniques? and things like that.

That what first crossed my mind (because of theory of Polymorphism that I'm developing) , but maybe not because genetic mutation over time may have damaged the necessary DNA. Possibliy you can switch some gene and get deformed lifesize dinosaur.

1. yes 2. this article quote: "That’s differential group survival. But you’d never say of any part of a squirrel that it evolved to promote the welfare of the grey squirrel over the red. Wilson wouldn’t say anything so silly about squirrel"

I think Dawkins believes that genes are being manipulated not cells. But Dawkins disagrees that this genes (that cascadly manipulate reality) contain information about reality beyond cells, like for example different groups dynamics. While this other guy thinks the opposite. (Thats what i get from his squirels example.

Dawkins has hypothesis that evolution is "blind" process, so if this is true than it would probably collapse.

"In quantum mechanics, the Heisenberg uncertainty principle states a fundamental limit on the accuracy with which certain pairs of physical properties of a particle, such as position and momentum, can be simultaneously known. In layman's terms, the more precisely one property is measured, the less precisely the other can be controlled, determined, or known."

It doesn't tells us that physical process is fundamentaly random (as in that randomness is objective reality)

Still this paradox is too detached from reality, maybe for its time it was smart. How can we know what is the chance of universe create brain and how many brains there will be per universe? How can we know that universe fluctuation is less likely than brain fluctuation? without this numbers we know nothing.

Universe filled with many brains fluctuation can be more simple than brain fluctuation. Fluctuations may also happen in environment that doesn't even have atoms that are needed for brain , but will have atoms that are needed for universe. Maybe this atoms needed for brain can only be created by universe fluctuation.

If we assume all this unknowns and create our imaginary universe yes there can be more brains in it than universes.

This is simply not possible (maybe in star trek), because self-aware brain requires certain kind of environment to exist into. so if there is brain there is organized environment. probability that boltzman brain exist is 0%. probability that self-aware brain in an orginized environment exists : 100% probability that Bible exists in a some unimaginable place far far away: unknown.

Anyway what is the point of this (Boltzman brain paradox)? (or point that was supposed to be?)
