I think the argument being made is that comment quality is more important than quantity. The author gave an example where the code with less documentation had more useful descriptions in order to illustrate this point; I don't think he necessarily meant that one caused the other.

It would seem that all the benefits the author described are relative to his health before he started this diet. Is it possible then that the diet corrected some previous nutrient deficiency and that the same result could have been obtained by just taking a multivitamin or something?

Saying "A person has two children, at least one of which is a girl. What is the probability that both of the children are girls?" would more clearly explain the problem.

The transparent proxies have been put in place in order to allow the ISPs to selectively censor Wikipedia pages.

Currently the pages [[Virgin Killer]] and [[Image:Virgin Killer.jpg]] are censored for myself and users of the other UK ISPs mentioned. The technical details vary; in my case, I get a fake 404 page.
