Few thoughts, In my opinion, leaders communicate the mission, vision and values, but never clearly communicate the strategy. The strategy for each department and team and it’s sub-teams with-in an org will be different. This has to be communicated at all levels to have the entire workforce work towards the single mission.

Many Startups are successful due to this.

in fact I think of it the other way around. By not providing a daycare, they would want their working parents to go home on time. Having a daycare at work provides excuse to drop kids at care and work late evenings.

How does this work along with browser caches ?

Every app, for some unexplained reason, wants full access to my phone. This is a huge security/privacy problem for me. I think web apps can solve this problem.

Check out http://www.code.org, the courses and levels are well done for beginners in programming. I use it to teach my 6 yr old.

Keys are stored in local browser storage. How does this work when browser cache is cleared?
