Nice article, highly agree with it! :) i’ve spent the last few years building an app fir your first point: “write down three things you’re grateful for every day” https://mindhappy.page.link/app Its really amazing to see entries from years ago and you can effectively learn what you like from doing this consistently

Amazing idea & execution! I'm running a self reflection journal app (https://mindhappy.page.link/app) and had been thinking about building something like this for couples. Glad to see it already exists now :)
A gratitude journal app - since you really need to be mindful of your mental health these days! https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mind.happy...

have you considered the actual employment status? A lot of remote workers are employed as freelancers and therefor need to take care of health care / pension themselves with could increase their gross salary
Hey HN! MindHappy is for reminding yourself of all good things that are happening to you every day! Writing down three things that made you happy every day can make a difference! ios: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/mindhappy-gratitude-journal/id... android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mind.happy...
why not just set up a server that requests the website every few minutes/seconds or so? That way it would always stay in the cache
