Personally, I've created local relay/proxy for tool calls that I'm running with elevated permissions (I have to manually run it with my account). Every tool call goes through it, with deterministic code that checks for allowed actions. So AI doesn't have direct access to tools, and to secrets/keys needed by them. It only has access to the relay endpoint. Everything Dockerized ofc

Working on Atlassian Marketplace apps: Community Questions for Confluence, and Discord for Jira.
I've noticed two main customer groups:
- Small businesses or individual entrepreneurs who know Jira from previous roles and use Discord for communication as it's cheap (free). I belong to this group.
- Fast-growing companies with a large Discord community, like in gaming, AI, tech or crypto, often pick Jira for stronger ticketing/task management.
Many more people appreciate Jira than it seems, even if it often gets criticism on HN in comparison to tools like Notion.
Can you suggest alternative communication platforms where companies can chat or interact with their users/customers?
I'm working on Community Questions, which is Q&A plugin for Confluence Cloud. Think of it as Stack Overflow for Teams, but for companies that are using Atlassian suite. With slow but steady increase of customers I've recently reached $1000/month. I love working on this project so hopefully it will grow even more :) https://questions-answers-community.com/
