One thing I find frustrating about the Github Actions's runner pricing is that it's calculated on a minute basis. Couldn't you bill by the second instead? Maybe set a minimum to 1 min but after that charge by the second?

I’m sorry but this benchmark is not testing the underlining protocol but the clients themselves (pooling mechanism, pipelining, keep-alive, etc). The Redis protocol is probably faster to parse than HTTP but not a 100x factor.

I don't think Gradualizer is led from FB. The FB static type system hasn't been opened up yet AKAIK.

Well, the sys behavior is easy to implement.

I also am not a fan of the complexity and overhead of gen_server so instead I use metal (http://github.com/lpgauth/metal). It's a simple receive loop with an optional init and terminate callback. It implement sys and can be supervised.

Oh wow, I remember reading this back in the day.

Samsung Smart TVs do not take screenshots as far as I know. They do audio and video fingerprinting. It would be way too costly and inificient to upload screenshots for content recognition (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Automatic_content_recognitio...).

I really doubt Google Adx would pass buyer_uid to buyers in EU28 countries. They were the first ones to truncate IPs in EU for privacy reasons.

We've stopped cookie matching in EU28 countries so I can't verify if they do pass the buyer_uid.
