The problem about this, for me, is discoverability. I have loads of hobbies that I'd love to engage with the communities of, but how do you engage with servers of that size without actively being invited to them?
I think their point is that it's not clear to someone with 0% Python experience which of the /many/ different ways of doing things (like string interpolation) is the "correct" / idiomatic way.
I'd be very curious to know more about the shortcut you describe. This workflow would work incredibly well for me. I already have my notes synced via syncthing, and capture with Orgzly Revived, but auto-transcribed captures would be a gamechanger.

Oil needs a bit more help, otherwise it's just grease on noodles. The starchy water the pasta was cooked in can do most of the heavy lifting there, but the addition of garlic helps too.
That essentially is what jj is though, given it can be used on git repositories transparently.

In high humidity environments you need the sunlight to help dry the clothing quickly enough so that bacteria doesn't start to form in the cotton weave. Because even if it gets dry, the minute you begin to sweat wearing that item, it'll stink.
In low humidity your cotton clothing will dry quickly enough that this doesn't happen.

From upgrading today from 28.2 to 29.1 on my Intel 2019 Macbook Pro on Ventura, the macport one you linked felt snappier and far less stuttery than emacs-plus installed with the --with-native-comp flag enabled.
Magit worked perfectly fine when I was using Emacs on Windows, but nowadays I run it with gWSL on the only windows machine I own.
The changes that we're seeing now are occurring at such a horrifyingly rapid rate compared to the changes we've seen historically though. My reading of your message is that you're conflating historical changes in oceans, landmass, atmospheric streams and polar orientation with modern climate change. The latter is happening at 7 orders of magnitude faster than the former.

The issue with this argument is resettlement of citizens not from that region to alter the demographics, as is the case of Northern Cyprus. If your nation isn't given the right to self-determination until your existing community is outnumbered by settlers 2:1, did you really ever have the right to self-determination in the first place? Does a referendum in that case accurately represent the native communities that represented the invaded nation, or does it then represent the invading nation through the settlers?
Hiring processes in American companies are still as arduous and drawn out as European hiring processes though. You're still looking at a 4-16 week process, you don't just snap someone up in a week if they're on the market.
Doesn't always mean the same thing, "managing out" could mean firing, but it could also mean creating an inhospitable environment for work, like demotion, allocating drudge work, removing responsibilities, etc. To manage them out of the company "by their own choice", which is unfortunately just as bad if not worse.
