How will the EU enforce this? Will they go through the training dataset of each company’s AI models? Also, given that training datasets are closed source, there’s practically no way to reverse engineer the source of new models, I’m wondering what will stop companies from being fully transparent (besides ethics of course)

This is just wrong. What about masked email accounts that you can create with services like icloud or fastmail?

I'm not aware of any tool that can ingest thousands of company-specific knowledge data, and then have a chatGPT-like experience to answer questions related to that company (or product). I'd love to know what i can use to do that.

I asked you.com's chat a very basic question: how do I build a pc? and it said " Oops, I’m still learning and I couldn’t generate an answer right now. Please try again." Not sure that's a chatGPT like AI to me.

I asked it other simple questions and got the same answer.

I'm not sure. I always heard that the most severe punishment in Sweden is 10-18 years (the latter for murder). Although I wondered how prisoners would be treated there, I mean you're serving life in prison for a crime done at 19 years old, surely the guards shouldn't make their lives a living hell right?
