There are a lot of solutions. I like Manymoon and Zoho Projects. If you use Google Apps, you can purchase both of them on the market and integrate.

I found this site the other day called http://www.technobuffalo.com/. It is a couple of youtube guys who got together and started a blog. It duplicate's a lot of the stuff you read on Techcrunch, readwrite, gizmodo, etc...But I found these guys way more personable. Check it out :)

Yea, I noticed this as well. Probably because there is not much of a middle class. However, I have read cases and articles expecting their middle class to grow rapidly in the upcoming years.
