I think they mean “good” in the sense of being helpful reviews: positive or negative.

Even if you log out don’t they still know who you are based on IP or other fingerprints to serve relevant content? Anecdotally I’ve been on online shopping sites that will email me my cart to ask if I want to check out even when I’m not logged in, so it seems unlikely that you’ll be any more anonymous by signing out.
Isn’t this much like how Diesel engines work? They compress air first to heat it to the point that when mixed with fuel it spontaneously ignites. Maybe glow plugs can make a comeback.
This is cute. Does this have any practical value? You would never get someone to sign it obviously, and for self-signed certs you have no revokability here without reissuing a cert to everything in your domain. Most people with a PKI setup don't need this, right?

My absolute favorite example of what's possible with awk is this[0] calculator from Ward Cunningham about splitting expenses on a ski trip. It's a really beautiful little piece of code well-adapted to this problem.

Tim Berners-Lee has been talking about the Semantic Web[0], which is what this grew out of, since 1998. If you can see RDF's use in Solid, it's not like he's just getting on the hype train just now.
