I used Grok Imagine on this. I'm stoked with the results, mostly great, 20% probably need regen on the next model release. None of the other video models did a good job. Thoughts?

I used Grok Imagine to generate all the XKCD comics and I'd say like 80% of them came out really great! I'll regen the ones that have some wonk when Imagine improves.

I tried all of the video models and Imagine was the only one that came out with anything usable. What a cool new world we're navigating.

This is so frustratingly true… I’ve seen this play out over and over… often these people are mistakenly promoted and eventually they sink the ship.

Obviously… if you’re that smart you would have picked me as a manager and never quit ;-)

As a hiring manager, and a professional who worked their way up. I would add if you leave because a place is terrible… leave out what you think is terrible about your current or previous company in your new interview. Focus on the positives and your professional growth. It is almost always a red flag if someone focuses on their pain points with the previous org. After you’re hired you can for sure bring up a lesson you learned from the previous org that is related to a successful outcome you want to create with your new team.
