The humorous style is very refreshing, if only my networking lecturers had been more witty I might remember more of this
Myself and my friend are working on this site. We pay the artists fairly through a user-centric payment model. We didn't intend to launch the site just yet, but last weekend a bunch of new artists joined, so I thought some of you might be interested in what's on there. There is some really cool music IMO. I like your attitude, and would love to hear more about why you think this. It doesn't seem obvious to me that it's something we'll actually "solve" while maintaining our current population/civilization, but maybe I just read too many doom and gloom articles?

Could it not be people's own responsibility to practice managing their perception of what they do have? This might be a more pragmatic solution for reducing social suffering, and I've found that you can learn to let material things have less importance in your life. Caveat: this is coming from someone in a relatively well-off country with decent welfare
