This would work toward solving the real estate problem of private equity buying up all the houses as they would lose some incentive by being taxed. I'm a CPA and I see so many real estate partnerships that are a tax loss that are able to distribute huge book gains because accelerated depreciation.

I'm a CPA and I recommend my extremely small businesses clients use a single entry excel system. If they use debit for everything they can download the bank transactions in csv. Then use a deep downlist to categorize the transactions. Then a pivot table to display the year end or quarterly income statement. The thing that is silly about that is related to cost of acquisition and retention of customers. If a company is able to get more data quicker they are more valuable to the customer and will most like be used and retained by the customer. If organizations are offering storage as a solution while at the same time trying to minimize the costs of that solution, by minimizing the utilization of that storage; they are exchanging fixed costs associated with storage (that should be easily built into pricing) for large variable costs related to customer acquisition, retention, and branding.

I couldn't agree more. We get about ten to fifteen children's books a week from the library and I'm utterly amazed that most have been published. The ones that are part of a more common series are usually much better. The llama llama mad at mama sort of books. Dr Suess definitely falls into this higher quality bracket. Many times I have wondered if they spend more time writing the about author section then they do the book. I see this as a market that could use some serious improvement.
