So, digital unregulated and decentralized payment solutions, like Bitcoin, are the solution? What about those people who can't make their own financial plans, because they are just too stupid for that? They need government to help them. And those people are in majority.

I know one team that is doing everything the other way around. They don't inverview their new hires, they don't test them, they basically take everybody who wants to join and let them show themselves. You don't change people. You change the rules and they either adapt or find a better place with better and more suitable rulles. This is what freedom is about, and a good management.

In my experience, every time we tried to replace SQL with something else (last time it was Zend Framework with its SQL request builder), the entire project code base turned into a heap of mysteries... Since then, in every project, no matter how complex or simple it is, we try to stay with plain old SQL queries.
