I would like to add that the economies of scale, and the fact that huge amount of suppliers are all within 300KM of range. It is just so much easier to find the right people, the right parts there.

I would rather have a nice phone holder built in car, than a builtin navigation. It is so obviously you can't compete with the likes of Google & Apple in terms of UI.

If you look up for IOU, which stands for IOs over Unix, it has been around for quit a long time.
