I bought moonlander some time ago and found the learning process far too frustrating. What's more, I noticed that the more I switched to the new layout, the more I was struggling with more classic ones (primarily laptops and my trusty MS NEK 4000). That was enough for me to shelve the moonlander for now.

How long it takes to fully and comfortably switch, including all the punctuation characters? Did you also struggle with other keyboards?

this is an increasing problem with facebook -- it became a de-facto internet, to some people it became pretty much indistinguishable. I understand desire for customer engagement and other things that platform like fb provides, but given the current state of social media and (alleged) increasing distrust[1] I think businesses will start looking for something else anyway. I'm hoping for the best.

I simply checked the version of dnsmasq running on my router, it's 2.71 so according to the article the build is affected.

Think of all OpenWrt/dd-wrt devices - and possibly countless router-boxes around the world that use some proprietary firmware along with dnsmasq.

I'm really curious about any study/compassion between OS X's graphics frameworks vs. other open/closed source solutions available. How 'output quality' is measured? Is really that great and unique? I hardly think that simple image operations like cropping/blurring/masks implemented in OS X framework are significantly faster and with 'better quality' than the same algorithms implemented in Linux/Windows. Not mentioning that you can boost your computation using cuda/opencl on Linux practically seamlessly. But again, citation is needed here.

Verilator[0] can compile Verilog (which, in my opinion, is more friendly than VHDL) to C++ classes code. This is great tool for someone who don't want to spend money on hardware or use vendor specific tools. After compiling top-level module to C++ class, we can use it in code as a regular object.

I honestly don't care about code samples/try it for on-line on the main page, especially with language of that kind, where grasping and fully understanding for example, list comprehension is going to take some time, and can't be though by simple sieving example. I recommend watching "Case of the unexplained". Mark is showing practical examples of using sysinternals tools, it really gives a glimpse of how skilled he is.

That's correct. You cannot automate Windows Phone application with this tool, sorry. Our goal was to automate web interface. You can simply navigate to any page, and automate typing, clicking, etc. By no support for touching we understand no possibility to generate touching events (swiping, pinch for zoom, etc.). You can simulate more generic ones like clicking though . Lack of this feature is caused pretty closed sandbox in which applications are running, since this driver is just regular windows phone app (no hacks included) I cannot do anything more than other apps.

Couldn't agree more. I'm also really tired of Polish people thinking they are superior somehow because Americans don't know who's prime minister of Poland (that's quite common).

I've spent two summers in a row in US, WA area, and I've definitely noticed that US college students are very intelligent and knowledgeable about many things.

I've also spend enough time in Poland noticing many people that are quite opposite of that.

So for summary, labeling people in this way doesn't work very well.

Well, reading that as a 22 years old Polish male gives me mixed feelings. I was living in Poland and studying there for my whole life and basically I have experience basically in whole educational process here (preschool, elementary, gymnasium, high school and now pursuing BS degree at polytechnic) I can definitely say that polish educational system is not that great. Of course we have a lot of people contesting in computer science /maths /physical national Olympic which are very hard contests but it is still very small factor, those kids are often struggling with the same problems you would expect they have (harassment, bullying etc).

Polish educational system (especially nation wide maturity exams after high school and college education) are in my opinion decreasing. The maturity exam is getting easier and easier each year to allow more people just to pass. Sure, life is going to verify that somehow, but it also diminish value of this exam.

In my opinion people that are successful in polish school are only those who decide to not follow teaching process given at school but they work very hard on they own, in my opinion the main problem that is present here (and probably worldwide) is students assessment process, every student is taken to the lowest common denominator when it comes giving grades. People that (in scope of the class room) are doing fine, let's say B grade students think they are doing just fine and there are only few things to improve, similarly A students - they generally tends to think they have already reached the peak, when there is still unbelievable much things to learn.
