That's fine for flat videos, but 360 videos usually need processing before they're usable. I'm unsure if there are other software options that handle Insta360 360 videos well.

It's hard, but I try to verify it as best as possible by doing multiple independent runs, often one with GPT-5.5 and one with Opus, and then verify that they agree. When I'm as certain as possible I release it and rely on feedback when something doesn't work properly.

Eh, depends on what aspect of it. It's a very bad harness and is comically bad at tool calling, but as a Siri alternative and Youtube summarizer it's pretty good.

Most device drivers nowadays aint necessary to solely get the device working, but to get it working well. All keyboards will work out of the box without any drivers/webusb-pages, but good luck configuring rapid triggers on your Wooting keyboard or a DPI-switching macro on your Logitech mouse without it.
Sure, but the GPT3 thing was mostly hype without stuff to back it up. On the other hand - the reported numbers on specific benchmarks here are insane, I don't doubt that it will have a major impact if it actually is that much more powerful than Opus, and I'd doubt they'd outright lie about benchmark results.
