The Hacker News community has been very special to me. I first launched my product, Supademo, here around 8 weeks back.

I received a lot of love for Supademo. Many users from here tried the product and provided tons of feedback to improve it. Thank you for all the support; I am really grateful for it.

Today, after 400+ signups and 15 paid customers, I am launching Supademo on Product Hunt.

It would be great if you also showed the same amount of love for Supademo on PH.

I felt the best way to get feedback from users was by speaking with them directly.

I used email and LinkedIn DMs to set up feedback calls from our users.

Few of them directly sent their suggestions through written responses in emails and DMs.

We also recently set up https://feedback.supademo.com to collect feedback.

The issue was with the Chrome extension, and I updated it.

If you are using extension Version 0.0.0.1, kindly update it to the latest Version 0.0.0.2.

I tested it on different MacBooks, and it works without any issues.

I guess the problem is mainly with Windows. I will try to fix this.
